Yep that's Minnesota. Land of 10,000 taxes.

Can't sell gas too cheap. Can't sell cars on Sunday. Can't sell liquor on Sunday. 10% ethanol in every tank of gas.

Too many lawmakers, too much time.

Yep same here, no alci on sundays in WA. The military bases do sell alci past 8pm and even on sundays Liquor off base can only be sold through official WA state licensed "liquor stores" which all have the same prices so no vodka in safeway or any other type of store. You guys in Cali are lucky....

 

....No alchohol sold between 2-6am anywhere in the state...Now nevada.......

BTW as stupid as this sounds what Minnesota is doing is the right thing....if they didn't set a min profit, then the big oil companies could sell gas at a loss for a while, drive the competitors out then raise the prices safely. Ironicly enough it actually protects consumers although it might not sound like it!
