Can't get it to work, can't read that language.

Whats the deal with this?

 

After clicking "begin", The only option is to enter a password. If I click on "hints and rules", I get a foreign language.

Please explain the site.

 

It's a game...you have to find the passworg with the given hints above.
you don' tneed to read the rules to play it.

Jus tlook at the picture and what's written underneath and you should be able to find the password.

Once you found it that's the password for the next level

 

Can't figure it out.

I'm assuming it wants the place marked by the plane. The map isn't very accurate, but it looks like China.

Also, hints say GMT+06:30? Looked those up, and I found Yangon, Northern Sumatra etc.

I don't think I'm going to spend more time here...

using the Windows timezone picker you get when you double-click on the clock, look for the city listed as being GMT+6:30.

The window title is the best clue for some of the puzzles, but if you can't get #2, you can't read
