I spent 20mins on part two b/c it was too obvious!

 

I can't get #3! And what is a clock pointer? Clock hands? And check at time? Is that supposed to mean check IN time?

 

That was the first thing I tried... I could have sworn I tried all combinations too, all caps, all lower case, first letter capitalized, and even the city's new name (Yangon).

I guess I must have missed the all lower-cased version earlier, since that seems to be working now. Thanks.

 

i cant get level 2. any hints for what "Hanged Man" alludes to?

for level 3 think visually or better draw the times like an analog clock

 

I must just suck, I can't get level 3. I did what you suggested and came up with what looks like a bunch of sevens and greater than signs.

 

Guys if you're going to give hints can I suggest that you put them in yellow so that they have to be highlighted to be read.

For a bigger hint on level 3 highlight below....

Draw the clocks with the hour, minute and second hand and it will spell out a word
