Default X-Box

Alright, I know some of you guys got your X-Box yesterday, just trying to find out what games you got and what you think. I was really impressed with the overall quality. Very well buitl and the controllers are great. Nice long cords and they have some weight to them. No more memory cards (unless you want them). I had to pick three in stock games which limited my selection. I ended up getting Halo, Madden 2002 and Project Gotham Street Racing. I'm hoping to find NFL Fever and Dead or Alive 3 sometime this weekend.

I have the exact same games, except I have NFL fever vs. Madden. I don't know which one is better

The tough piece to hunt down is the DVD-playback pack. Those are scarce.

Looking forward to setting up and playing this weekend

Graphics are definitely better than the PS2. I wanted NFL Fever but had to pick an in stock game and they only had Madden 2002. I already have Madden 2002 for PS2 so it's an apples to apples comparison. The graphics are definitely much better on the X-box.

Halo looks awesome. It was supposed to come out for the PC originally. Too bad the X-Box snagged it. I have PS2 and don't plan on getting another high dollar game system.

The XBOX may be cool, but it's Microsoft. I'm not getting one because I don't want to help them corner the market and drive another of my favorite game industries out of business.

So PS2 for me.

I'm one of those people that just buys them all. I have everything from my original Playstation to the present which includes Sega Saturn, N64, Import Dreamcast, Dreamcast, Import PS2, PS2, XBOX and soon to be Gamecube. Microsoft will have a hard time removing Sony's stronghold on the console market especially since they've been working on the PS3 for a while now. In addition to which Microsoft has very deep pockets and has done alot of homework and really did a fantastic job with the XBOX. You're only depriving yourself, I don't think one person not purchasing an XBOX on morralistic reasons is going to affect Bill too much.

Yeah... just found a place on the way home that is holding NFL Fever and Dead or Alive 3 for me. Guess I'll be taking the afternoon off.
