We charge ~$5-$7k per month (some business, some rental, some personal) on our Toys R Us credit card and get back 1% in Toys R US $$$$ for our kids to waste. but I pay it off monthly.

I think since 1997 i have gotten back about $3000 worth.... $300k charged.

I have about $170k in mortgages on my rental houses, $160k left on my house, $10k left on a 2003 MDX and $20k left on a 2004 F250.

Besides that I owe nothing!
