Wow! that's quite pathetic. Kinda stupid too to flaunt your material possessions so freely on the net. Most of the replies he'll get are from gold diggers or people with bad intentions. Most likely he has some other intentions as well (I can't help see the worst in people 1st).

Its so unlikely that people will meet someone ideal in personal ads and bars I can't see why they bother. Any successful relationship that I've ever had started slowly as friends, then if things clicked you could be more than that, if they didn't you still have a pal (cause you can't date and be friends that never works).
