Are you a foodie?
S2k & food lovers,
Nearly 9 months ago, I helped my significant other launch her blog about good eats. A blog containing 95% of food reviews that make you say "GAME OVER!". The other 5% touch on 3-4 star places. About 90% of the photos are by me using my Nikon D90 (you can usually tell which ones are from a point and shoot). Anyhow, I am making this desperate post to spread the word. Please visit http://gameoverfood.com/ to show your support for good eats. You may also check out our facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/GameOverFood. If you approve the website, please don't hesitate to become a follower.

I had to dig 4+ pages before I got to anything I was remotely interested in. When I got there, there was nothing new to me. I also had to click three times before ascertaining that the blogger was located in Orange Co.
There are also a lot of chains listed, and I'll openly confess that's a personal pet peeve. When you spend a dollar at a local place, more money gets pumped back into the local economy, versus the pittance returns on eating at a chain. Also, since the chain wants to maximize investor returns, they cut corners; often on ingredients.
While there's some good food in there, none of it I would consider, "Game Over" by any stretch. I won't take away though the lady's right to blog, and I do think being a satisfied customer is as a valid point as anybody else. However, calling it "Satisfied" would be more accurate than "Game Over."
tl;dr I was not impressed with the breadth or depth of anything. However, practice makes better.

I was wondering where she was located too, but it's in her pf - Actually 1 click away. Would be better if it was in the 'About Me' section.
For the most part I agree with 8D. I'd be a lot more interested in 'Game Over' local places, but at the same time it doesn't have to be a local shop to have that title. Everybody has their views and opinions.
In the end though, it does seem more of a 'Satisfied' blog than 'Game Over'
