The thing about engineering school that really sucks is that most aerospace engineers have never flown a plane. But they all watch movies.

 

 

i dig the pic its cool and fun to find the interesting litle mistakes in the photoshop but i do think its a fake

 

I still have pics taken from the end of the runway at Dublin airport when the Concorde landed and took off. Landing wasn't so bad, but takeoff had us with our hands clamped over our ears

 

I'd vote fake.

The plane is very sharp, the rest of the pic is dull. Some of the folks way off in the distance still look to big to fit into the cockpit and the little wind flaggy thing looks kind of like there is a stronger breezs than shows on the umbrellas or the people. Some of the beach goers have muddy shadows but the plane has none.


I would have photoshopped in that guy with the beard and backpack that was in the fake photo on the roof of the WTC just as the plane was coming in. But I can't do photoshop.

 

holy crap. you just owned yourself harder than anyone on the internet has ever owned themselves.

 

If the plane was coming in at mach 1 (which would never happen... airliners like these can't even achieve mach speeds) you might have a situation.

I especially like the video where the guys are hopping up and down while clinging to the fence. I'm sure it was loud as a mfer but looks fun.
