Are you this person?

At work, across from me is a lady who constantly talks to herself, answering her own questions for instance.

"Is the e-mail still down?"
"Looks like it"

Well if you are that type of person, for your co-workers sakes please do them this favor...

SHUT THE UP!

sorry this lady is driving me crazy...
You should be like:

"Are you annoying the out of me?"
"Looks like it!"

I have a co-worker who does the same thing. He talks to himself as he's working. He's basically speaking every thought he gets. I can constantly hear him say things like, "Lets see if this will work." "Nope, I'll have to try something else." "I wonder what else I could try."

I started shadowing him, doing the same thing. I'd "think out loud" as much as possible and say things like, "I hope the phone doesn't ring so I can get this done." "I wonder where I left those papers." "What time do I work on Friday?"

After a couple days he said, "Alright! I get it! I'll stop." After that, he shut up.

I agree playing games with people like this will further amuse you and torture them!
