thanks for the link. but also the 456 doesn't explode per se - not at all. previous discussions have determined it to be a flame retardant that is sprayed over the engine to prevent damage.

the guy driving the car does that, and just that for a living.

 

Ya, I have seen that clip before somewhere; but always thought the engine exploded, thanks for the heads up.

also regarding the F50 vids, the first one it isn't a 'standard issue F50' (if you call one that), its a Koenig, compression dropped from over 11 to just above 8, huge turbos added, nearing ungodly amounts of power. you can hear the huge turbos in the first vid as the clutch is depressed. just go to http://www.koenig-specials.com

I thought that F50 sounded kind of weird when he was shifting. Didn't realize that it had turbos in it.

The first video was interesting. I cringed when that red farrari (I think it was a Testarossa) scraped getting out of the driveway. Must've been a minor miracle to have all those ferrari's running at the same time

Oh man...Check out those Ferraris...They are pretty sweet. I would love to have that guy job just to test out Ferraris all day.
