We spoil our Labs to pieces...especially at Christmas. Those people at Petsmart love it when we walk in the door....they know we are not afraid to spend on our pets.

Sorry to hear that, RWD. I always wanted one of them. Think you'll get another?

At first I wasn't going to, but now I'm warming up to the idea of it again. I won't buy one from a pet store though ever again. You can't trace their bloodlines and there are a few defects known to occur. I'll either take in another that needs a home or get one from a breeder. We had him for a little over 2 years, and normally they live up to 15+ so it was a big shock to us. If you are thinking of getting one I would recomend it. Once they warm up to you its like having a little kitten running around.

Normally get my dog (a Dalmatian) christmas gifts. This year he got a Sweater (which he HATES!!) and a new name tag. We don't bother getting him toys since he hates anything that squeaks or makes noises and has enough stuffed toys and balls already.

We also get my brothers dogs gifts too. A Chew Toy/Bone/or a Ball. They are both Weimaraners.

That's one heck of a toy/pillow! Will he snuggle w/ it or tear it to shreads?

She carries it all over the house and chews on it, it also makes an obscene honking noise.
