what do most of you do when this happens? do you just DIY fix it the best you can and live with it? buy a new fender/roll/paint again. Or do you have a bodyshop try and salvage the damaged fender? This just happened to me for the first time I am trying to weigh my options.

what ive done is use one of those VISE GRIP pliers..but wrap the teeth with tons of electrical tape..and simply bend the metal back into its place under the fender..flattening out the sharp edges so my tires dont get eaten up..of course paint chips happen..so i used touch up paint
other than that..i guess you'd have to take it to the shop..how much do you guys have to pay in order to get it fixed?

I sure hope so. Agh. Owned mine today while I blindly turned into a driveway which was far too steep.

Hey guys this is happening to me on the left hand side fender just got it sprayed too!
Couple of questions - would adjusting the camber up front and going a 215/40/18 tyre instead of a 225/40/18 fix the issue? or is a fender roll all I need? I have koni yellows with yellow springs (not sure of brand). Alternatively If I install the stock springs and place them on the lower perch would i be fine running a 18x8 +48 wheel up front?
Thanks
Edit: here is a pic, you can see the imperfection on the front fender caused by the wheels
and here is another pic showing the "slammage"
