can you still use the seat belt if you can't find that part?
So in short, no using the stock one would kill the joy of hoping in your car.
Which extender did you use for your Recaro PPs man?

I didn't. I used the stock buckle. There's an explanation why it worked in my build thread. check sig

Finally found and installed my pole position on a set of F1Spec rails! Can't believe how much of an improvement this is over the stock seat, especially for a fixed bucket (which I've never owned before). The driving position is much better, and it keeps you in that position during hard driving and tame daily driving just the same. I haven't done a long trip yet, but I did a two hour one this weekend and my back / butt didn't hurt at all when it was over, which is more than I can say for the stock seats. Remember that seat comfort is almost always objective, and is based a lot on your body type and preferences.
Snapped a few iPhone shots...
EDIT 1: For the people who want to know about how the seatbelt extension works, read this thread! I know there are other references to it, but there it is again. Yes, it will work with an AP1 seatbelt.

EDIT2: For the people curious about the F1Spec rails, I'm not sure how they compare to the BC rails because I've never owned them. What I can tell you is that they are bolted together rather than welded, so they don't have the crappy breaking weld issue that the BC's were having. The sliders work well enough once you get the seats set up properly, but there is a lot of trial and error involved in getting it right. Specifically, keep in mind that once the widths are set up to fit the mounting holes, the rails must also be perfectly parallel to each other in order to give the full sliding range. Use a tape measure to make sure you're within around a mm at each end, and you should be fine. Also keep in mind that if you put pressure on the rails while bolting them in that they're most likely not going to end up in a natural position, and they'll give you a hard time sliding and locking into place. Be patient, this is probably and issue with most aftermarket seat rails and if you take your time you can do it right.

that's what I was guessisng it was lol.. it's the exact finish I'm looking to buy. I'm still deciding over the anvil II burned finish or anvil I... I guess it comes down to how you hold the shift knob
