So I got my rear fenders pulled and flared. Came out sick thanks to Kai! Before he got to work my 245/40 had maybe 2-5mm of clearance, afterwards we measured and now it has about 25mm of clearance on both sides with the same exact alignment specs with the 9.5" +38 rears. It did buckle very very minimally on one side, I'd say its a 1 or 2 out of 10 on a 1-10 scale but it did happen and I didnt expect anything less with such a massive pull and flare with no repaint. Pics will be up soon!

Thats with a 9.5" +38 with a 245/40. Added about 25mm of clearance to both sides

that's a huge pull, the problem with doing something like that is that your rear bumper gets in the way before you can get flush with the quarter panel

We filed the bumper down to about 2mm in thickness until aboout 7 inches down, as well as were going to relocated the bumper to sit out more and while the rear is unhooked were going to try and push the corner of the body out where it meets the bumper. We looked at it tonight and it thick as fucck but well do it. Were clipping the corner off the rear bumper once I get the spacers too. We didnt want to do it tonight and take too much off before we see were the rear wheel is going to sit.

Oh and only 1 side buckled so so minimally. Pretty damn good work IMO!

Medic, what are you doing with the rear? New wheels or spaced out?
