Exactly right about the offsets but when you talk about limits, that's purely based on tire size not rim. I know Nichigo knows this but I just wanted to clarify this for anyone that might not understand. For a 9.5" wide wheel on an S2000 you should be 255's-285's and with a +35 offset on those tires you would need some serious rolled fenders/lots of negative camber. Good Luck!!
