Heres a pic of my strut tower bar and my cusco rollbar, I dont know if the engine torque damper qualifies as a bar but its in the pic anyway. lol. Im still looking forward to getting my x brace and some additional bracing under the vehicle.

OGPackin - that large blue underbody brace - what kind is it? It looks like its running the whole length of the frame rails?

Effectively reduces the amount of money accessable in your wallet.

The idea is that the engine wont torque to one side under hard acceleration, allowing more twist to be transfered to the drivetrain more suddenly instead of being wasted in engine movement.

However, the amount of power lost by the engine being able to move an inch or so is so minute that it only amounts to about 1 inch/lb (thats 1/12 of a ft/lb) of torque lost and the loss only lasts about 1 millisecond.

An ETD still lets the engine move, it just controls it with a shock absorber. If you are really worried about losing 1 inch/pound of torque for a millisecond when you hit the gas, get solid engine mounts. If not, save your money.
