Hey what do you guys think about 17in front and 18in rears BBS LM setup on the S2K? Im thinking about going that route (A La NSX) but would love to see what it looks like first.

EDIT/ADD:

Also, I haven't seen any wheel locks on any of the pics of this thread, unless there are wheel locks that look like regular lug nuts. Im thinking about getting some LMs and although I live in a good area Id like some piece of mind.
Anyone?

extended studs? You shouldnt need them. If your BBS are not sitting flush on your hubs its most likely due to the bore of the wheel hub not being large enough to fit the s2000s hub bore. I have a set off BBS RS on my old bb6 and they wouldnt fir on the front of my s2000 due to the hub bore not being large enough. A wheel shop should be able to bore the hub on the wheels to fit. And yes if you want to be low and run correct sized tires with those wheels you will need to be rolled. I would recommend running stock ap2 tire sizing with those wheel specs to make it a lil easier to fit.
I had these BBS on my 2001 Prelude and they fitted and bolted up and i test drove on them for the day. I was just wondering because the rear is 9 inches wide and the fronts are 8 inches i was wondering will i need extended studs?

PS-Is your BB6 by any chance blue?

is that true for all lm faces? (size wise...17/18" and x8/x9/x10)?

I'm asking because I've found a pair of 18x10+50 that I'm interested in...but reading up through the BMW forums, there's apparently a gap where the mounting points are.

You are correct the bolts do not mount flush on the face. They are inset slightly.

Don't think I ever posted the finished wheels in this thread.
...currently for sale but if they don't get sold, I have some different plans for them.
