Question...

When buying CCW's, i see a lot of aggressive set ups. Is there a reason for this? 18" x 9/10/11.. etc.
That's great and all but I am looking really hard on buying a set this spring and was thinking in the specs of AP2 wheel specs?
As you all would imagine, I'm not looking to roll/pull any fenders or relocating rear bumper tabs...
So the real question is.. are there others out there with these specs? 17 x 7/8/9??
And is it worth the purchase?

thnx in advance.
My 17x9.5/17x10 are on "stock-ish" offsets. +57 in front, +62 in the rear. I rolled the front fenders, and that was all. No pull, no tab relocate.

They look awesome ... but they're somewhat heavy. About 5 pounds per corner heavier than my Volks wheels, and heavier than CCW told me they would be.

Cool, thanks for the replay. judging from the picture, was the roll necessary? looks like you could've gone more low. any rubbings?

The roll was a precaution. The car is at pretty much stock height, but the tires are so wide in front I was told it'd be safer to roll the fronts anyway. So I did.

I probably could go lower if I wanted, there's no rubbing at this height. But I'm not inclined to lower it. I like not having to worry about shitty roads, driveways, etc.

they are NSX Specs, so 17s up front and 18s in the rear. These are my buddies wheels since mine are still being made from Works Wheel JPN. They are more stock body friendly, I had to put 30mm spacers all the way around and they still are sunken in a bit.

Wow I forget how wide your setup is! I think that white pops nicely though!

What Works are you going with?

I wasn't sure where else to ask this question, as the sizing is really CCW dependent.

I'm currently running a 285/30 Potenza S-04 with -3.3* camber setting. For some strange reason, it does not fit my car as well as some of these other setups.

I was wondering if anyone had an idea of how much more stretch a 265/35 will give than the 285/30.

Thanks for any help
