That is a good setup but I would do 255/40 rear. It's a better fit for the wheel and will match the front diameter. The tires won't look stretched. All you need is a good fender roll and rear tab relocation.

I had a spare set of center caps from my previous Civic Type-R EP3 and they fit the Enkei RPF1's perfect!
In case anyone is looking for center caps for his RPF1's...
I'll sand them down and paint them this week, bought a Motip rattle can RAL 9007 so I hope the color looks a bit similar.

Looking through this thread I have seen a few conflicting opinions so if someone could help me out, that would be great. What is the widest wheel I can get in the front and rear without any fender rolling and what tire size would it be? I will have my coilovers before I get the wheels and plan to lower between 1 and 1.25 inches. So far the widest I have seen where someone said they wouldn't need any rolling is 17x7.5 with a 215/45 front and 17x9 with 245/40 rear.If I want to avoid any rolling after I lower, should I go with a 17x8 in the rear instead of a 17x9?

My opinion, go 8" front with 225/45 and 9" rear with 255/40. Lower the car and roll the fenders. If you aren't willing to do that then I would look for a different wheel with a higher offset.
