I'm going to get rid of my StopTechs if anyone is interested...picked them up off of Dunstop....somehow he managed to scrape the face of them...I planned on powder coating them...2 piece rotor, braided lines, etc

I don't know, it just seems that a 20mm spacer is a bit extreme to try to clear a BBK. I don't want to have to extend my studs, just seems like a big PITA.

20mm spacer? with my Work Meisters (17x7.5 +52) I would have used a 15mm, a 13mm is needed so 15mm will be good.....you really should used extended studs for anything over a 5mm spacer, wouldn't want to find out the consequences the hard way

I think anything over 10mm spacer and you need extended studs to be safe.

I have a pair of H&R 10mm HC spacers if anyone needs some.

Michael - Just change your wheels.

It's nearly impossible to figure out what size spacer is needed with certain wheels. It's all in how the spokes bend.

I had LE37 first, and those have a strait spoke.
17x7.5 +48 = needed 10mm spacer (same as CE)
Then I had Advan RGII. Bent spoke.
18x8 +45 = no spacer, but the BEST fitment for stock fenders with normal alignment.
Now the Prodrive GC07 with crazy spokes.
17x7.5 +48 = no spacer. Perfect.

It's really hard to figure it out. Some brake companies have parts on their site to print out and test if it will fit.

Stoptech includes rear rotors/pads/lines, Riley.

* I only really drive crazy on onramps/exits because my car is too loud to get on it on most streets. So I was taking an exit yesterday, very sharp, smooth, banked, complete circle... Took it at 58mph according to my friend, right at the limits of my setup... Then there was a STOPPED car at the end of it... SHIT! Good thing I was also in a really low gear, and had nice tires to help --- but I think my Stoptechs saved my front end. Never know when you'll need them. I'm afraid of being rear-ended in traffic.

i think think the brembos outperform any kit when they are up to proper temperature....but yeh..oem does do better cause its temp range is for the street and some(not alot) hard driving..i think thats why AP racing and pretty much every race car use brembo components...thats just what ive heard and seen , i could be wrong
