Official side splitter / side diffuser pic thread
Quick cell pic ftw:

ive had my shine carbons for about 4 months now, and they are wonderful. if you mount them right, they will increase stability up top and look insane!
i "flushed" mine front and rear to the tires with a straight piece of aluminum square-stock to make sure they were equally as far out as my rims/tires(oem ap2 V1's w/20mm spacer rear, 15mm front). i get compliments all the time. probably the best visual mod i have done on the car.
after seeing the thread of all the others sides out there, im not impressed. the shine's are the only way to go IMB.

yes, i think the flare is nice, the "step-down" before the actual lip is also nicer, and the shape is nicer. it adds a little curve to he bottom of the 2000. oh, and they poke out a little from the body toward the tires. ties the lines together nicely.
the chili-coke are ok. nothing special and he doesnt respond to jack shit, so count them out. the home-made ones look....well....... home-made. so they are out. the only other competitors are the downforce ones, and they just look like flat, thin, little side steps. and you can barely notice them most of the time.
that is my opinion on them. i searched high and low at the different possibilities before i bought mine and they have treated me well.
to each their own. i am definitely partial to mine. :-)

well said. i just got some downforce lets see how i like them. I was going to get shine but the person who sells them says they need a little work for them to fit so that scared me away a little, it also looks like they dont fit well because of that curve by the rear tire but none the less they look badass and you can see them from a mile away

lol... Sorry Manny, no can do...
