My ASM header did the same thing. I think it makes the car sound great. I wouldn't describe it as an exhaust leak, but it's a very "raw" sound. Almost like an E46 M3.

I was hit & run today by some douchebag in a Ford F250. Maybe it's a sign that I shouldn't be DD'ing my car anymore.

That was actually exactly what I was thinking. A slight mechanical rasp sound, if you can call it that. I am still trying to find ways to decrease the valve train noise, however. It is definately louder on my S than others, just listening over the engine bay.

Tan I know you might not wholly consider this but - if you got new wheels your car would seriously be incredibly sexy. Maybe a color change, too.
