Better pics?

I like it but it does look like you need to raise it a little... the evasive one the side pieces met up with the bumper.. yours look like there is a 1" gap.

modify the hangers and Voltex FTW

it sounds like the consensus on those who have received one is that the brackets provided are made too long. ill probably make some new brackets in a couple days and snap some new pics. its too bad for such an expensive item.

this diffuser had potential to be the best but i wish it hugged the bumper more and the center vent met with the bumper like on the evo and sti models. Nice pickup though regardless. pnw rep!

in for better pics

About the rock collecting part of diffusers is there no real way around it? Sealing it somehow with overlapping panels under the car and also around the tyre area? like a deflector type arrangement??

i was thinking the same thing but then it would defeat the purpose of the diffusor, no??

well you're wanting to trap the air underneath the vehicle and let the diffuser do its work, if dirt is going up and over the diffuser and collecting then there must be some flow above the diffuser piece..??

I think it's more to do with the tyres spinning debris off on to the diffuser since there's no extension on the arch liner... could make one though I suppose?

i think a lot of it has to do with the crummy angle of the picture, ill try to take a few more once the weather clears up. the quality is much better then my last diffuser, its also more functional as it goes much further back. but like vyets said the diffuser seriously sits on the ground. i have about 1 3/4in clearance off the ground, that is already modifying the brackets so that it mounted a little higher the the brackets that were provided.
ive got about the same clearance like you too and cannot make it out of my driveway

looks nothing like the one on evasives car and the prototype

i sent some pics over to evasive and they told me that it shouldn't sit like that so i'm just waiting to hear back from them.

without the brackets on, it sits just like evasives car
