Im just more so worried about doing damage to the fender. If it rubs in large dips on the highways, what exactly will it rub? On the front its going to be the liner but the rear has no liner unless you were talking about the front...
With that setup you will not do fender damage in the fronts but most likely over time you may see a tiny pinch in the rear fenders. The rubbing was so slight I never really studied where the rubbing was on 15's. Possibly nicked the bumper tabs or most likely hit the fender trim that clips on the rear fenders. I really recommend just doing a roll and relocating the bumper tabs just to be safe... If you do that you can just throw some 20mm's in the rear on 255's and never worry about any rubbing or any buckling.

Now when I switched to 20mm's / 255's before rolling, the rear bumper tab was the main culprit. It was undrivable.

Find someone local to roll / trim / relocate... it only takes about 30 mins - hour to do the rears. You won't need to roll the fronts.

Bore size is very important for the front.

I have a 10mm set of Project Kics spacers for the front that I need to sell...

Can you explain why it's important in the front but not in the back?

OEM bore sizes on S2000 are 70.1 fronts and 64.1 rears.

But as long as you're oversized, you should be fine.. right? or do you they spacers have to be exactly the same as the bore sizes?

You could get larger bore sizes If they aren't hubcentric... But then all the weight is going to be on the lugs. Highly recommend hubcentric spacers with integrated studs @ the oem bore sizes for oem wheels.

just wanted to give a full set of start to finish install info:

-2004 ap2 with ap2 v1 oem rims.
-oem spec camber/tow/caster
-oem sized Yokohama S-Drives all the way around(f 215-45-17/ r 245/40/17)
-Tein S-techs with the last dead coil cut.(tight 1 finger gap up front, 1 & 1/2 finger gap in the rear).
-i bought the 75$ each pair shipped spacers off ebay from the "options auto" seller( 70.1mm hubcentric 15mm fronts with built in studs. 64.1mm hubcentric 20mm rear). all built in studs.
-the spacers are wonderful quality and fit like a damn glove.

i didnt have to do anything to the fronts. just pushed the fender liner mounting tab spots up a little with my hands.

in the back, i did a slight roll. used progressive socket sizes and the heat gun till i finished with a 2" piece of aluminum pipe. paint didnt chip as i took my time and used heat.

i trimmed the rear wheel well rubber edge liner off at the top. then i re-installed it so from any view other than under the car looking up, the appearance is pure oem.

i mounted everything and went for a drive looking for big bumps etc in the road to hit to make sure its all good ahead of time, and car road like it always did. no crapes, or rubs anywhere. didnt notice any difference at all in handling. made a sharp turn going up my driveway to check for fender pull possibilities, and it cleared just fine. didnt get any vibration in the wheel or anything at speeds.

all-in-all, i am very very pleased with the purchase and the way it all turned out. its not "hella flush" or anything, but the tires are literally 100% perfectly flush with the rear fender, and the fronts are only in about 5mm from the outer edge(thats what saves you from fender issues).

i hope this info comes in handy.
