So, please forgive for the question even though Ive read 10 pages in this thread.

Just for clarification, you can use the Project Kics spacers without extended lugs (or any hub work), making it a complete bolt on installation using AP2 V2 wheels w/resessed holes?

My goal is a bolt on install with no hub disassembly required.
Yes.

More info on the custom 1/4 rear panels please. I think they look so good and blends with the lines of the S perfectly while giving the body a wider look from the back. Very nice, very nice indeed!!!
I had the 1/4's just rolled and then custom fabbed up to give the shape I want. The body filler is there, but as long as tire never hits them I am fine, I love it so much, it was a good choice, the total cost was 1500.00 in body work, I developed custom mount for the rear ap2 bumper. I had the Ap2 bumper put no painted, and 1/4's painted, and both doors and rockers were painted (: next fab job, 2JZ swap, f20C is already out.

Okay so Im running V1s with 215/255s dropped on Espelirs. Thinking about 15mm all the way around W/O rolling or pulling fenders...is it safe? I mean it seems after reading the latter half of the thread that 15mm seems to be okay.

Yes you'll be safe... I ran that for awhile... same setup. Once you step up to 20mm's in the rear you'll have to roll / relocate tab on a 255.

15mm's / 255's / espelirs will only occasionally rub on large highway dips @ 60+ mph in the rear but nothing to ever worry about. Fronts on 215's no worries.

Im just more so worried about doing damage to the fender. If it rubs in large dips on the highways, what exactly will it rub? On the front its going to be the liner but the rear has no liner unless you were talking about the front...
