How did you mount the seat belt retractor to the bar? Does the mechanism still work with the new routing of the belt?

Does the Mugen roll bar limit seat travel? from the pics it looks like stock, all the way back. Also is there a way to retain the stock 3 point seatbelts or do you have to use a harness?
