Here is a nice uplifting story for all my Mugen Brothers and Sisters out there. Now that I am getting up there in years (Mid 30's), I find myself getting a little pickier about what I put on my NFR. Also, this financial responsibility thing kicks in and allows no C.C. debt, and with those 2 things combined it makes modding my NFR S2k go a bit slower. With that being said I made a purchase.

1) Thanks to Scott at King Motorsports again for taking very good care of me with another safe shipment of some of their fine Automotive Products.

2) Thanks to those great folks at Mugen for making my wallet get a little lighter.

Here is what came yesterday:

This is what is there now and where the new piece goes:

Now for the unveiling (sorry I have no life, so this is everything to me):

After about an hour of pulling the 5 year old parts off, this is what now hangs there:

I felt is was time for an upgrade. Now she should breath easier with the Vortech up front and Mugen header helping out with the airflow. Easy in and Easy out!!!

I did a formal weighing of both during the install:

Stock exhaust is at 49lbs.

Mugen exhaust is at 27lbs. (loss of 22lbs.)

Hope you enjoy!!

Deiger

Dieger....looks beautiful! As a die hard Mugen fan I need to have a crucial conversation with you. We'll do it offline (via PM or phone). I'll PM you a bit later.

Not an S2k but I thought since I saw this beauty I would mention it on this forum.

These are photos from a Mugen-equipped Accord Euro (TSX) from when I was over in New Zealand a couple months ago. This car was being sold from the factory as you see it. Incredible!

Enjoy!
