I got to see a s2000 type 9 wing in person today. The wing looked great and the trunk reinforcements that come with the wing for center mounting look beefy. It looks like they are made to rivet on to the frame of the trunk for extra support. I did not get any pictures of it because it has already been boxed up to go back to the vendor he bought it from.

4 months ago my friend was told by another voltex vendor (Not Evasive) that voltex would custom make a type 9 wing to fit his IS350 for a extra fee. After a 4 month wait a S2000 type 9 wing arrives at his house today. We tried to make it work but the feet don't fit the trunk right. When he contacted the vendor to find out where his type 9 IS350 wing was all the vender could say was "I was told that the S2000 wing would be the most universal and would work with your car".

BTW, I am loving my type 2 wing, I am glad I dealt with Evasive to get my wing and not the company he bought his wing through.

Evasive, what will make the Type 9 wing different from the other Voltex wings besides the CR mounting points?

We all know Voltex makes big GT wings for the S2000, but now they are developing a one piece street wing which doesn't seem too bad and high for daily driving. The width of the wing is 1400mm and center mount. This isn't like the GT wings at 1600mm with high stands. Let me know what you guys think, pictures are on the bottom as it's still being developed. Notice it is very CR-like but definitely more aggressive.

The hieght seems close to the J's Type 1 but the only difference is the center mounting and the wing design it self. Are the J's stands and these the same size?

It looks very interesting! I hope to see it mounted soon. I like the street-friendly idea.
