Has anyone had their SPA AP1 repainted to RIO yellow? I'm looking to get mine painted rio because currently a few panels aren't color-matched right.

I got my car done that way by one of the previous owners.. jams and under hood etc are still spa..its a big difference.

Thanks for the response, your car looks great! Not planning to get jambs and engine bay repainted since it's still yellow, but is the difference big enough to sweat over it?

If you don't mind me asking, how much did the repaint cost you? Did the body shop charge extra for "color change"? I mean it's yellow to yellow haha.

Well im a bit ocd so the difference bothers me. The shop that repainted my front bumper said it would be fairly cheap to do my door jams. The engine bay is obviously another story.

I guess I could have worded my original response a little better.. One of the previous owners had the car repainted so i have no idea what it cost. I can tell you that you want a quality body shop to do the work and in my experience the more you pay, the better. Paint is all in the prep work, prep work takes time and time = money. I want to get mine resprayed as this job was pretty crappy work, just havent been able to talk myself into spending the money.
