My thoughts ~

I've been to Indy 8 times but only for the NHRA US Nationals about 10 miles from IMS

So this being my 1st time I must say this place is huge

$10 for admission and infield parking is a freakin deal.

Next time we'll pack a cooler full of bottled water and sandwiches

Turn 10 bleachers were awesome

Having an F1 car doing 150+ under you feet (we were on the crossover) is a hellava drug.


Why did I wait so long to go to the USGP ?


.........oh yeah No Honda or Super Aguri merchandise If I was a Ferrari fan I'd had been in heaven; we counted 8 Ferrari "boutiques"

Try "merchandise row" across the street. You can even find a lucky strike hat with the tobacco logo.....if you pay cash

 

Yeah you guys were right about the no Honda merchandise this year at USGP.

I talked to one of the ladies and she said The carrier got caught up in customs in canada and wasnt able to make it!.

However we tried to park in the LOT 2 Where the S2kCA group was camping out but when we got there at 6pm on saturday they said the lot was full

So we went somewhere else and camped for free.
Did you guys have a good turn out?

Steve go to speedgear.com. They sell all of it and it may be cheaper. I spent $30 on a hat a coupl years ago.
