Ok, this is the 3rd time I have posted on this thread and it will not show up. Any other time it shows up 5 times.
The last pic looks good. I have to see them in person.
SEE!

I'm glad Wheel Medic worked out for you. I also took some wheels there. They couldn't figure out how to pop my centercaps and i had to call Mackin to verify the finish on my wheels, which they didn't believe me. They had my wheels for about 5 days and after repeated attempts to call and email to get an estimate from someone, I finally just showed up, walked into the garage and took my wheels back. No one said shit to me either.
Your experience (and others) had me hesitant, but after talking with the guy that was actually going to do the work and told him what my expectation were, he said they could do it no problem.
They promised them in 5 days and delivered on-time. Maybe they have changed? I dont know, but I do know that talking to the guy doing the work face-to-face about exactly what I wanted likely helped.

Fairly simple process.
Removed tires.
Sandblasted wheels.
Powdercoated wheels.
Baked wheels.
Created a template for the face of the wheel.
Setup in a machining lathe.
Machined in lathe using the custom template created.
Cleared entire wheels.
Cleaned up and deburred*
Mount tires and balance.
*This step could have been a tad better since I found a couple of the wheels still had a rough/burred edge from the clearcoat step. Not a big deal though all it took was a thumb nailed ran along the edge to remove the remaining clear.
