I will check with New Albany tomorrow.
It is new.
That can be a pricey little gun. No one around here can get you one for a similar price? The FFL transfer alone is going to cost you $45 plus shipping.

I found out why Vance is refusing to FFL transfer the gun. Spoke with Rich Vance, the owner. They have one in hand, brand new. Their policy is to sell the floor gun and only allow FFL on guns they do not carry. The price I found through the NC dealer was at cost and vance's is probably one of the lowest price around town, but counting the FFL transfer fee + $25 overnight shipping, I was still saving over $100 and not to mention, no tax. I dont know. Perhaps, I should just pick up a Ruger MKs or a Buckmark series.

It's too bad they have to be such dill-holes about transfers. I have run into that too. My local shop wanted a percentage of the cost of the gun to do a transfer. I told them to shove it up their A$$es.

Good luck with your purchase whichever way it goes.

Insert heavy sarsasm...

Nice job!

I was suprised at the grouping as it was on full auto. Way more accurate than the M4 we were also shooting.

Still looking for the pics of M240, they also let us shoot, now that was CRAZY!

So now they make no money vs. the FFL which is all profit.

I found other shops willing to do a transfer for a reasonable, and flat fee.

These guys have ridiculas prices and this is their way of trying to keep them inflated. If they had resonable prices, I wouldn't have to worry about doing a transfer.

I went shooting this weekend, for the first time in a LONG time.

Ahhhhhh........

That's better.

I was so tempted to buy another gun when I was there. They had two P225s that were tempting and a couple of P220s (damn, I want a .45. ) I did not buy anything though (except ammo and targets)
