I think it is absolutely cool that Honda has chosen to mate a MT to a hybrid. Unlike many naysayers on the web, I like the CR-Z. However, like others, I wish it had better mileage.
The ad is REALLY 80's, but that's OK, it looks cool. I say this as a child of the 80's.
