The reason that I am posting on here is because it seems like uguys seem to have had your own fantasy football league before or still do.
I just want your opinion on my current situation.


I need to pick out a QB for week 13.
Choices: Rex Grossman or Ben Roethlisberger.

Rex is playing against Minesota which has the best rushing defense and the worst passing defense. Knowing Minesota offense and Chicago defense, Bear's offense will be on the field for a long time which means Grossman will get to throw a lot.

Ben is playing against Tampa. Romo got 5 TD's last week and their passing defense is also pretty bad. Ben is having a bad year but he plays well at home and against shitty team



I am looking to get 3 TD's and 2 or less interceptions. Who is more likely to achieve these numbers? Ben or Rex?

rex , fantasy is based on passing and TD for QBs , ben has been either on or off so he's unreliable

 

typically i'd agree w/ that statement, but based on pc's comments about how he performs at home field....hopefully romo isn't on point is much this week as last week

 

buuutt if your not playing there defense , if romo scores like crazy and fast that could mean the QB has more ball time and more points :-P

 

Here is what I know:
1. tampa's Offense is one of the worst.
2. Although cowboys has a better defense than steelers, steeler's defense will do well against tampa offence.
3. Tampa has a decent run defense which means Roethlisberger will have plenty of chances to throw the ball.


QB having more ball time doesnt mean he will get TD's. A team like Tampa Bay has a crappy defense due to its shitty secondary. Their run defense is O....Kay and it means QB will have to throw the ball. On the other hand, Arizona has a small defensive line and they have a hard time stopping a good running back. If running back can run the ball 5-6 yards per touch, a team will run all day and wont throw the ball. (Specially when they are winning on 4th quarter)




like i said, it all comes down to who will be more likely to come up with 3 TD's and 2 or less Interceptions.
