I have a 23mm wrench in Cleveland if anyone needs to borrow it. Got it at Sears a couple of years ago.
Just to emphasize your lesson learned: Remove the fill plug FIRST. Once drained ya gotta fill it,

Found my 23 mm wrench at Autozone. Couldn't believe it after going to Menards, TSC, Ace Hardware. You said you checked your local auto parts store but check your local Autozone just to be sure.

 

noting that 23mm wrenches are popular in Cleveland apparently!

 

I've got both a 23mm combination wrench and a 23mm x 1/2" socket. You need the right tool to do the job right!

I'm in HPDE 1 this weekend, it'll be the AP1 Silverstone S2000.
