Invision
Now I didn't want to say anything but I'm pretty fed up now with Invision .... I ordered a hood and was told it was on backorder...no problem there. So I called about 2 1/2 weeks later and was told "Yep it will be shipped out on Friday..." Nothing the week after...so called on Wednesday and ask what's up? Justin replied "actually it won't be shipped until next week monday..." No problem. After a week later it's friday...no hood. Called and asked what's up? Reply: "Sry it's on backorder...." So...why did you tell me it was going to be shipped. So after 36 days after ordering the hood I decided to cancel my order. Again talked to Justin, he said what if I ship it right now??? Um..what are you going to ship if you don't have the hood...???
So anyways he said he will cancel my order right there and then and will be refunded in a couple of days.
Another week and talked with my bank and nothing is showing up....call Invision again and found the order is on backorder and it hasn't been cancelled..... okay WTF??? So I talked to James and he cancelled my order and said it can take up to 3-4 for the money to be released and then my bank should get it after that....
Lesson:
Invision...I don't have faith or trust them anymore.
Justin...quit lying to people...bad for business....
James... Good guy...so far.. we'll see what happens next week if the money shows up in my acct.

Refund took only two days...
If you deal with them deal with James even if Justin is the s2k expert.
James took care of my problems.
