S2000 Rear Brake Inspection
I inspected all my brakes this weekend. Felt good doing my own maintenance. Made a short film of it to share.

I had these same brake pads on the car when I tracked my S2000 at Mid Ohio Course. I believe I'm pretty gental on my brakes. I drive aggressive with the car, but like to use the cars momentum through corners and such and I believe this driving style helps to substitute for slowing the car down during cornering. The brakes are still pretty good in IMO. My tire wear...that's another story haha.

[Dave Stone Voice]Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrh You weren't pushing your car 10/10th[/Dave Stone Voice]
Daily driving won't wear out your brake pads much. Even if you are driving aggressively, it is rare that you have to dissipate large and constant kinetic energy into heat energy in daily driving. I can tell you, I could easily wear out brand new rear pads in one day of track session @ Mid Ohio or worse if you were MrClean. I believe he cooked up his brand new pads in half day session at BeaveRun.

Probably so, it's a shame that these brake pads were used at a track event and I wasn't allowed to discover my car's full potential ON A RACE TRACK because I was stuck riding with instructors holding me back and not allowing me to drive my car any harder than what I do on a daily driving basis.
You were there with me at Mid Ohio so you know what I was venting about.
