You have to pay $20 to be a member so someone doesn't make alot of names and sells parts and screw many people. They would taint one name and move to another.

It's pretty common to have Classifieds sections for established, or paying members. For many sites the Classifieds are a big draw so it's an additional perk of the site. Another site I hang out on(shooting) doesn't allow a new member to post in the classifieds until you have been a member 30 days, and have 20 or more posts that are significant, just chiming in "me 2" or "+1" on a thread doesn't count. It's a nightmare for the mods to manage....
I've seen established or paid members conduct themselves poorly in transactions, and complete newb's go over the top in making things right so using it as a deterrent to bad behavior isn't really the point.

So now everyone understands that a fool-proof classifieds system is almost impossible. With that in mind, think we should go ahead with it with maybe a disclaimer at the top explaining that it's "at your own risk"?
