News of the day, maybe YEAR!
We just confirmed yesterday that the new meet location for 2016 will be XTREME RACING in Broken Arrow!
Our parking lot at TCC was fantastic and we would like to thank Leake for sponsoring that location in 2015 but in review, the lack of bathrooms, electricity, and food/drink close by was a bit of a bummer at times.
Xtreme will allow us to do some really fun stuff during meets, not only do they have all the indoor activities for all ages, but coming in 2016 are a few surprises for outstide adventure also.
Combined with our meets, the new spin-off C&G Offroad will also meet on the 3rd Saturday of the month. Chandler is working on our first off road trek and we hope to get a few good trail drives in this year. If you are interested in joining us for some off road fun, check out C&G Off Road group on FB.
Our new location will also allow for better Preferred Vendor interaction with the club. White Glove Auto, Oklahoma's Best Autoglass, Orlando And Associates, Leake Auction Company, Russ Dugger Farmers Insurance, CarsPix, Epic Lighting, and Chadwick's Triple Play will be present at meets throughout the year for your questions and comments. New vendors will be added throughout the year so if you know of a business that would be beneficial to our group let us know and we can review getting them added.
We are always trying to find ways to get you the members better deals, more fun, and new opportunities to try something you might not have considered before. We have come a long way in 8 years but we are not finished improving yet....

Hello Caff and Gassers!

Just a reminder that our first meet of the year will be March 19th from 9am to noon at our NEW location Xtreme Racing and Entertainment located at 708 W 71st street in Broken Arrow (71st and Elm). This will be our standard location each month through 2016.

Leake Auction is continuing their role as meet sponsor and will be present with information about the upcoming auction in Dallas the weekend of April 16th.

To start this year off with as much momentum as we can, our club preferred vendors have come together to set up a list of fantastic door prizes to be raffled off during our first meet on the 19th! Price of a raffle ticket is one food item on the shopping list or $2.00 per ticket. Food and cash donations will be going towards our continuing effort to keep the local chapter of the Disabled American Veterans food bank fully stocked and supported through 2016. I have attached a shopping list of their needs, pick out a few items or fill a couple bags with one of each on the list, every item will go directly to helping out a Disabled American Veteran when they need it most.

NOTE: No limit to the number of tickets you can get for food donations or purchase, HOWEVER to spread the wealth there will be a ONE item WIN LIMIT per person. We will have a table set up for food donations and tickets. Keep your ticket stubs and we will call out the winning numbers at 11am on the 19th.

• Cody Saunders is offering a free brake flush, a definite must for anyone looking to do a track day with us this year!
• Myron at White Glove Auto has 3 gift certs good for any service they perform $75, $125, and $250!!!
• Luis from CarsPix will be giving away on free 3 angle photo shoot of your car, you know his work, you won’t be disappointed!
• Rick at EPIC LIGHTING will offer $50 gift cert on retrofit work or lighting items he carries and one headlight bucket repaint, color match or black out.
• One full Chadwick’s Triple Play starter kit, now with 32oz, spray bottle!
• Jason at Huber Wraps is throwing something nice in the pot, check our event on Facebook for details soon!
• And between now and the meet we may have a few more jump in on the action, BRING FOOD ITEMS GET COOL STUFF!

Obviously since the meets are now at Xtreme we will have the kart tracks to keep you busy in case a parking lot of motorsport awesomeness is not enough to tickle your fancy.
