Yes, you are passing the 4th (134th) Street bridge in Moore. That yahoo, more than likely, is getting off on Shields Blvd.

Hey man, you should be fine - get a copy of the Accident Report involving an Emergency Vehicle from the police department.

Read what it says for your car, and his car. If it says anything other than "Not at fault" for you, then get a lawyer.

If it says "Not at fault", you should have the city's insurance information to get compensated. Get your insurance company involved as well. Any accident that is NOT your fault is will stay off your record, and insurance company won't raise your rates. Use the insurance company to get advice, and see if they will go after the city for you - most of the time they will.

i thought that too at the time, so i watched, but he did not exit on shields, just a stupid okie.
i was doing the speed limit, and he was still slow in the left lane.
