Default Hallett Day in late Aug?

Would anyone be interested in a Hallett track Day on a sat or sun late next month (Aug), I have been there 3 times in my 2000 Corvette and want to take my S, it should handle just as good. If you have never been you will have to attend a morning class to familiarize you with the track and get some pointers. I am in Moore so for the local peeps here we could meet up and drive. Also another option would be is if we can get 10-15 cars (and any car at that, does not have to be a S2k) it would be about $150 a car to rent the track out for the entire day on a weekday, that way we have the track to ourself for that day, I could prob get some of my old corvette buddies to come too if need be, the more ppl the lower the price. Lets get the ball rolling on this and get some track time.

That sounds interesting...it's been a while since I've been to a private track day.

I might be available to drive or be there for instruction.

Typically, a COMMA membership is not required for private track days.

It should be the same price for everyone.

I'ld be in, but it doesn't look like the S is going to be done in time. I might tag along, just let me know when it is.

Cost woulkd depend on how many ppl we got but figure #125-$150 per car. Like I said im sure I could get some corvette guys to go, dont be afraid of them either our cars will eaisly keep up.

It has been a while since I have run Hallet. I may be interested if the temperatures are not 100 f plus. Presume that the idea is a day of HST?

I'd love to go to this, but it will probably be too expensive for me. I would have to get racing pads, brake fluid, probably a backup set of rotors, tires, and an alignment. Hopefully next time.

I've been wanting to go for a long time. Would I be able to spectate and maybe ride along with someone?
