Default HELP ME FAST!

i need help and fast. i have posted multiple posts in the other half of this site on my overheating issue. we some what came to the conclusion that it was an over-sized over efficient radiator so i replaced with brand new OEM HONDA. it was fine for a full month of only hard driving!! checked the coolant level tonight before we went to dinner and it was still FULL. on the way home BAM it happened again. i do not know what to do anymore. i have been to alex at humble and we did a leak down test and found that i did have leak down over 15% in on of the cylinders. however i took it to my other mechanic that my dad has been using for ever and he has done mulitple leak down after leak down and pressure tests and lithium test after test, and he has come up with NOTHING! it has a new thermostat in it. could be bad, but i would think thats unlikely.

what i need is another shop to go to. some where very well experiened with hondas and hopefully S2000's. i need this fast guys BMT is in less than 20 days and i HAVE TO GO!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Take it back to Alex and let him work on it. I have no doubt he can figure it out for you.

i know he is capable of doing the work, but he also wanted about 1000 bux for the HG and deck the head to get a flat surface. at my dads mechanic it was the same price, but it was a valve job too. it may be good work, but i cant afford that right now and since i got 2 differnt answers. i probably will take it by there again, cuz he is very smart, i just need some more options

If you talk to him about the price. I bet he would give you a break. Alex is very good about trying to help out if your in a crunch on money.

Four Star Import Auto. <-- link to their website... They specialize in Hondas and Acuras. That's where I go for service and maintenance. Not trying to say they're better than Humble or anyshing. Humble is great for performance, but I think Four Star has more experience diagnosing and successfully repairing probrems in S2000s. Ask eDiesel, Janet&Travis, DirtyBird, Ponyboy, etc. Lots of people can vouch for them.

BTW, when I said "That's where I go for service and maintenance..." I don't just mean the S. Every car I have ever owned (all Hondas/Acuras, only 6 tho) has been serviced and maintained by them. Seriously tho!

Also, don't expect them to be cheap. You get what you pay for.
