See man I tried to tell you.... Glad you got it all straightened out. As for TB cleaner, some people use injector cleaner mixed 5:1 with gasoline, I am sure that you could also use carburetor cleaner. I would use solvent resistant gloves either way if I were you.

I used to have the same problem... .but after 8-ball tightned my "granny slack" and I lubed the throttle cable... the problem has subsided... course.. .I don't drive my S much... so I don't know if this really fixed it.

Be careful w/ carb cleaners etc...
Depending on the product they can damage your sensors. Map, IAC, TPS, etc...
Seeing as the weather is starting to change and it seems to be flacuating, it very well could be your idle air control thermal valve. 99-00 Si's had this problem, hadn't really heard about it on the S2K.

Had this problem once, too. Never did figure out the exact problem, but I did the MAP whack a couple times. It stopped sometime after that.
