I always liked the v8 240z swaps.

This look really cool, the hp/weight ratio will be incredible.

I've wondered how difficult it would be to swap a hot Honda v6 into an S2000.

I used to have an LT1 Camaro, so I know the potential of this beast and this is going to be a really badass swap I would also like to see where the shifter ends up on the transmission tunnel (esp. with you moving the engine so far back) and what kind of rear end you decide to go with.

The 240/280 Chevy 350 conversions were cool, but that car was already front heavy. I owned an 83 ZX which had the same inline 6 as the 240s... front heavy...

I would imagine this heavy V8 will probably do the same to the S unless it's mounted similarly behind the front axle, which i doubt is possible.

great project tho, my guess is say good bye to handling and say hello to a sweet

Thanks for all of the positive comments guys. I thought i was going to get tarred and feathered for this little stunt. be patient, i plan on getting many more pictures of how its mounted and alignment issues ive delt with. unfortunately i wont be working on the car till tuesday due to a little vacation im taking this weekend. but next week im tackling the headers, finishing the engiine mounts, and trans mount. as soon as those are finished the engine is coming back out for the buildup that i will also share with you guys as well as a nice writeup on the wire tuck and bay shave.
