Hey guys, thought I'd share some pics from Tri-OKC's Fall Classic Duathlon last weekend. It was my first duathlon and I took home 3rd in my age group and 32nd overall out of 400 racers! It was a 2 mile run, 14 mile ride, and another 2 mile run. My overall time was 1:14.32.

 

I could do that if you gave me like a month to do it. Congrats bro!

i used to ride a TON back in the day-o! like 5-10 miles a day minimum. been thinking about getting back into it.

got any hook-ups at bike shops?

 

Not specifically, but Bicycle Alley in OKC has been great to deal with. I've gotten shorts and a riding jacket from them for great prices, and the staff is all really nice and very helpful They also just opened up their new shop, and it is awesome to just wander around in if you like road bikes at all!

 

I wanna pass out every time i go up and down the stairs in my house. The only bike you'll see me on will have 4 cylinders. But I sold that

I did ride a '08 CBR 600 and it was amazing. I miss my bike
