Check out www.s2000library.com for sound clips and additional information on aftermarket exhausts for the S2K. Fuji is my pick!

I own Invidia's and Love them... so don't get them... Don't want too many around

What I am really curious about is how the drone sounds with a straight pipe. I know that on ENRIQUE'S pipes it has eliminated the drone. Course he has single chute.

There are many choices out there... do your homework on the sound...
I suppose the three fav parts I have of the Invid's are:
1. The way I drive the car... knowing shift points... hearing EXACTLY what the engine is doing.
2. The way they look
3. Setting off other car alarms.
Don't know where Tulsa is, but I drive to Winstar everyday for work if you're near by swing on in and I'll let you see what it sounds like w/ a TP No drone, only from 3-4K really.

So if I understand you right... the drone goes away with TP? Or does the drone remain in the 3-4K range?

Also, does the TP increase the loudness (dB) or does it remain pretty much unchanged?

Yea, I believe the drone does go away throughout the rpm band and I've only ever really noticed the drone from 3-4k w/ the top up. I don't even notice the drone anymore, I think I either got use to it or I'm going deaf now because of it.

rehile's correct go for the amuse or something similar with low weight and low drone. tp's reduce drone by 50% .... i dread the annual inspection when i have to take off the test pipe for a few days, as the drone on my sparrow is annoying with the test pipe off. the borla you're questioning is around 48lbs (no real savings), the sparrow is 31lbs and rehiles dual amuse is light.
