The performance issues are solved and well under control. Reliability has been excellent save a few problems I've compensated for in my sysadmin procedures.

The new design has been launched and I like it. Sure there are going to be niggly little errors and issues but I'll deal with those on a first-come basis.

The next biggest priority and my current task du jour is fixing the Gallery. It's a mess but fixable with a concentrated effort. Having #1 and #2 down will let me put in the time needed to make it right.

Unfortunately I'm going to make the Gallery worse before I make it better. It's just the nature of it. I hope you will extend me the patience to do what needs to be done. I have made good on two of the 5 major items in only a couple of weeks. The others will need about the same.

I changed the sort order of the My Content feature to show topics ordered buy the date of the last reply. The way it worked before was they were sorted by the date of YOUR last reply in the topic, not the last reply of the topic. It's a subtle but major difference and should make My Content a whole lot more useful to most people.

I applied a bug fix upgrade to the gallery this morning and, as seems to be par for the course these days, the gallery is completely fubar because the upgrade scripts failed somewhere in the middle leaving the gallery in limbo somewhere between versions 4.0.2 and 4.0.3. I opened another emergency service ticket with them and I'm hoping they get it repaired later today. The gallery is broken until then.
