we'll be doing it next year. I'm putting all my money towards bills..its going to take me about 3 or 4 months to get them all paid off. But it will be well worth it...plus after that i'll be able to add alot more money toward the car. And my credit will be good so i can get my own beater..a turbo GS-T or GSX for project purposes. The car is going under the cover so you wont see it again probably til next year. I wish I had a garage.

Check this out!!

Took Cliff, Joe and I a little over an hour to get to this point. But now that we know EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR CARS. We should be able to change your top in less than two hours. By the way I am rolling straight hardtop now, no fru fru ragtop for me. And I am tall like Justin and Mah-cus. I have alot more headroom with the hardtop and the ride is way quiet. If I were you (Justin) I would go with a new top completely 02+ models and change your strikers to hardtop strikers while you are at it. You will be completely satisfied with the results. I can help you with it all. You can come over to my house and we will do it all in my garage. Call up Joe and Cliff and we can have this baby done in an hour.

Quite - But why would you want that?

Oh sorry sorry. I should have stated that it is quiet when I want it to be. And I can hear the engine go through VTEC much better now without that FRU FRU soft top.

fru fru soft top huh? i like it cause its convertible and i think that if i get a hardtop i may just take out the soft top, cause why would you need two? if the weather is convertible weather just leave the hardtop at home. if slight chance of rain bring some towels and a rain coat or just drive faster... other than that the soft top just absorbs water unless you have the ragtop cleaner and it weighs a lot. and to have both tops in, that cuts into your 400 lbs of towing capacity including passengers....if im not mistaken me being average weight and having a sound system weighs the car down. why weigh it down even more? pick a top...any top!

if i were to get glass I'd have to replace the whole top...but..since i'm not getting a hardtop anytime soon...i'm going to buy a plastic replacement next year and put it in and use that until I get a hardtop. I'll probably be keeping both in..when u have a turbo who cares about a couple extra pounds right?
