i would say try out the exhaust you pick for a little while maybe a few weeks or a month, and then start looking at intakes. i used to have an hks with an AEM Style intake (bought off ebay for $40) which sounded great! but me being crazy, i wanted something louder and single so i went with the buddy club and it was a little too loud for a daily driver. the hks with any intake would be my number one choice or even without an intake it still sounds amazing.
