Whats going on guys. Names Matt from Nashville. A buddy and I started this meet about 5 years ago(when I was in Kansas City). Well, its still going down and since I am 10 hrs closer then I have been the past 4 years, I will be going.

I know its a bit of a drive, but it was always a good time to go there and just chill for a few days

JulieU has been in the past, anyone else from this region?

It was started as a Integra meet weekend, but its grown a bit and any car is welcome. I know a few s2000's have been there in the past, so Im trying to get a few more to show up!

1 - call 1-417-338-2323, talk to Todd. Give him the confirmation number 152798 and tell him how many are in your party.
2 - Todd will book your room and take your deposit.

I am sorry if these dates are a problem for anyone, but unfortunately to keep costs down as much as possible, and with as many conflicts with scheduling these are the best dates I could arrange. I hope to see many new faces this year.

I haven't ruled it out yet. Money is kinda tight, so if we can split a room with someone who isn't a complete stranger and already has a reservation, that would increase our chances of attending quite significantly. I just don't wanna get stuck with the full bill if someone backs out on us or end up rooming with strangers and have to worry about our stuff getting jacked. We shall see.

Was just talking to Manny(meet leader) and he said that the hotel will only be holding a block of rooms for a few more days. Being its summer time, they can only put a hold on rooms for so long.

So, if anyone is planning on going, Rooms need to be booked.

As it is now, I am rooming solo and need a person or 2 more.

Still too early to say. I really wanna go, but my BF is not sure if his work schedule will allow him to go and he doesn't want me to go without him. But yeah, I wouldn't mind splitting a room with you. I talked to Adrian a week or so ago about splitting a room with him and he was supposed to call me back the next day, but he never did.

Its gonna be 314 for 3 nights. So, roughly 105 a night divided by however many people are in the room. So 25-40 bucks a night.

Please pm if you are interested! Need to book the room by Friday and I'm looking for 2-3 people.
